Once you graduate and get a job, you can pursue an online masters and your company could pay for the classes. This requires you getting a job at a company that provides tuition reimbursement, and you can see those things on a company’s benefits site
Check out University of people the tuition-free university. They have business administration, health science etc at UG level. Good luck!

I don't know of any free online degree programs, but MIT OCW is a great resource for class materials + recorded lectures
